OTB (On The Board) is a football-specific recruiting operating system. We combine strategy, structure, outreach, follow-up, and execution into a guided process designed specifically for football athletes at every stage of recruiting, from early foundation through the transfer portal.
Both, but service comes first. OTB is led by real hands-on recruiting work: strategy, targeting, campaign management, and execution. We're also building a platform and tools that support and scale that process over time. The service is what delivers results. The software is what makes it more efficient.
OTB started from doing this work in the real world, helping athletes and families we knew navigate recruiting with real strategy and execution, then realizing how consistently families dealt with confusion, fragmentation, and passive tools that didn't deliver results. The system came first. The platform followed.
OTB is football-first. Our system, language, targeting, and approach are built specifically for football recruiting at every level: high school, JUCO, and the transfer portal. We're not a generic multi-sport platform.
The evaluation is a short conversation where we understand where your athlete is in the process, what they're trying to accomplish, and whether OTB is the right fit. You'll fill out a brief intake form first, then we'll schedule time to talk through the situation and walk you through what the process would look like.
After submitting your intake form, someone from OTB will follow up to schedule your evaluation call. On the call, we'll review your athlete's situation, answer your questions, and, if it's a fit, walk you through the next steps to get started.
OTB builds and runs the recruiting process alongside you. That includes school targeting, coach outreach campaigns, profile and film positioning, response management, follow-up discipline, and ongoing campaign tracking. We don't hand you a tool and wish you luck. We work the process with you.
It depends on the stage and situation. Foundation work is ongoing and longer-term. Active Campaigns typically run across a recruiting cycle. Sprint is compressed by design, built to move fast for portal and JUCO situations. The evaluation call is where we set realistic timeline expectations for your specific situation.
OTB builds the outreach strategy, sequences, and campaign, and provides guided support through execution. The level of direct involvement is determined during your evaluation based on your tier and situation.
Foundation is for athletes in 7th–9th grade who are building early recruiting readiness. Active Campaign is for high school athletes in 10th–12th grade who are running a real recruiting effort. Sprint is a compressed, high-urgency track for JUCO athletes, transfer portal players, and grad-transfers who need to move fast.
No. The clock is real, but junior year is still an active window, and a well-run campaign can create meaningful momentum. The Active Campaign track is built exactly for this situation. The key is starting with a clear strategy and executing with discipline from day one.
OTB's Foundation tier is designed for athletes as young as 7th grade. The goal isn't to rush recruiting. It's to build the right foundation, habits, profile, and awareness so that when the recruiting window actually opens, your athlete is ready and ahead of the process, not catching up.
Yes. The Sprint tier is specifically designed for transfer portal situations: JUCO athletes, transfer portal players, and grad-transfers who need a compressed, urgent, high-execution campaign. The portal moves fast and OTB Sprint is built to match that pace.
No. OTB does not guarantee scholarship offers, and we never will. What we do is build the process, run the campaign, and maximize the opportunity. What happens on the coach's board is their decision. What happens before that, the strategy, the targeting, the outreach, the follow-up, is ours.
Recruiting outcomes depend on factors beyond any system: athletic ability, academic profile, level fit, timing, and coach decisions. OTB controls the process, not the outcome. What we commit to is running a serious, disciplined, well-targeted campaign that gives your athlete the best possible chance to be seen and evaluated by the right programs.

OTB's programs are customized to your athlete's situation, stage, and goals. Pricing is discussed during your evaluation call, not before it. We don't list public pricing because the right level of support depends on where your athlete is and what the process needs to look like.
The evaluation is a focused conversation, typically 20 to 30 minutes. We'll review your athlete's situation, current recruiting status, goals, and timeline. We'll answer your questions honestly, and if OTB is a fit, we'll walk you through what the process looks like and what the next steps would be.
