We didn't build OTB because we saw a market. We built it because we saw the mess.
It started in the real world.
OTB started before there was a platform, before there was a product. It started from watching families we knew navigate a recruiting process that was broken, fragmented, and unnecessarily hard.
Not because families weren't trying. Because the tools and advice they had access to didn't match the reality of what recruiting actually requires. Passive profiles that sit in databases. Outreach that goes nowhere. Generic recruiting advice that tells you what to do but not how to actually do it. And a general sense that recruiting is something that happens to athletes, not something athletes and families actively run.
The first version of OTB wasn't software. It was a process, built from doing this work in the real world with real athletes and families, and realizing that a disciplined, well-targeted recruiting campaign consistently produced better outcomes than leaving things to chance.
What we figured out is that recruiting is a managed process, not a lottery. The athletes who get seen aren't always the most talented ones. They're the ones whose process was the most organized, targeted, and persistent.
That's the insight behind OTB. And it's why the system came first, before the platform, before the tools, before the software. The process is what delivers results. Everything else is built to support it.
Families dealing with broken, fragmented recruiting. Passive tools. Missed windows.
Recruiting can be a managed process, not a guessing game.
Helping athletes and families navigate recruiting with real strategy. Doing it in the real world before building anything.
The same problems showed up consistently. The same disciplined approach produced consistently better outcomes.
Formalizing the system. Building the tools to support it. Starting to develop the platform.
The values behind the system.
Football-native
Built by people who understand the game, the process, and what coaches actually care about. Not adapted from a generic sports platform.
Service-first
The system runs because people work it, not because an algorithm does. Guided, hands-on execution is the product.
Earned credibility
No inflated claims. No guaranteed offers. Real work, real process, real outcomes, with honest communication about what OTB does and does not control.
Serious about scale
OTB is early-stage but building toward a full platform. The tools and software behind the system are in active development. They support the process, not replace it.
The system is real now. The platform is what scales it.
OTB is also building the platform that powers this process at scale: the tools, software, and infrastructure that will make the system faster, smarter, and more accessible over time. The platform is in active development, and it informs how the work gets done.
But the work comes first. The service is what delivers results today. The platform is what amplifies that at scale tomorrow.
Early. Real. Building.
OTB is a small, serious, growing operation. We're not a scaled national brand with thousands of athletes. We're a team that is deeply committed to the work, actively running campaigns, developing the platform, and building something real in football recruiting, one athlete at a time.
Football-specific. Not adapted from something else.
Active campaigns running now.
Platform in development.
Small by design. Serious by default.
